ማንኛውም የቀበሌ መኖሪያ ቤት የተከራየ ሰው የራሱ ቤት ከገነባ ወይም የጋራ ሕንጻ ቤት ከገዛ ወይም የመንግስት ቤቶች ኤጀንሲን ቤት ካገኘ ወይም በሌላ በማናቸውም ምክንያት ቤቱን የለቀቁ ከሆነ ቤቱን ባለበት ሁኔታ ለአስተዳደሩ ማስረከብ ያለበት ስለመሆኑ፣ የአ.አ.ከ.አስተዳደር ባወጣው የመንግስት ቤቶች አስተዳደር መመሪያ ቁ. 3/2007 አንቀጽ 42/ሀ
