በፍርድ ቤት የእግድ ትዕዛዝ የተሰጠበትን የማይንቀሳቀስ ንብረት በተመለከተ የእግዱ ትዕዛዝ ተጥሶ ውል ለማዋዋል ስልጣን በተሰጠው አካል ፊት በተደረገ የሽያጭ ውል ለሦስተኛ ወገን በተላለፈ ጊዜ ሊኖር ስለሚችል ውጤት እግዱ ተጥሶ በተከናወነው ተግባር መብቱ የተጐዳበት ሰው የእግዱን ትዕዛዝ በጣሰው ወይም እንዲጣስ ምክንያት በሆነው አካል ላይ ተገቢውን አቢቱታ በማቅረብ መብቱን ለማስከበር የሚችል ስለመሆኑ የፍ/ብ/ሥ/ሥ/ህ/ቁ. 156 አዋጅ ቁ. 334/95 አንቀጽ 15/2/ የፍ/ብ/ህ/ቁ. 1204, 1206, 1184, 1185, 1195
