ተወላጅ የሆነ ሰው ከውርስ ተነቅሏል ሊባል የሚችለው ተናዛዡ ንብረቱን በጠቅላላ የኑዛዜ ስጦታ ለሌሎች ተወላጆች ወይም ሌሎች ሰዎች የሰጠ እንደሆነ ስለመሆኑ ሟች ያለው አንድ የታወቀ ንብረት ብቻ ሆኖ ይህንኑ ከተወላጆቹ መካከል አንዱን ወይም ሁሉንም ሳያካትት ለሌሎች ሰዎች በኑዛዜ የሰጠ እንደሆነ ተነቀልኩ የሚል ወገን ኑዛዜው ላይ ተቃውሞ ሊያነሳ የሚችል ስለመሆኑ
