የኢትዮጵያ አእምሯዊ ንብረት ጽ/ቤት በሚሰጣቸው ውሣኔዎች ላይ ቅሬታ አለኝ የሚል ወገን ያለው መብት ለፌዴራል ፍርድ ቤቶች ይግባኝ ማቅረብ ነው እንጂ የቀጥታ ክስ ማቅረብ ስላለመሆኑ የፌ/ጠፍ/ቤት ሦስት ዳኞች በሚሰየሙበት የሰበር ችሎት የሚሰጠው ትዕዛዝ /ውሣኔ/ አስገዳጅ ስላለመሆኑ አዋጅ ቁ. 454/97 አንቀጽ 2/1/ አዋጅ ቁ. 25/88 አዋጅ ቁ. 501/98 አንቀጽ 6, 17, 36, 49 አዋጅ ቁ. 320/95 አዋጅ ቁ. 410/96
