86813 contract law/ contract of surety/ employment contract/
ከሠራተኛ ቅጥር ውል ጋር በተገናኘ የዋስትና ግዴታ የገባ ሰው የሠራተኛው የቅጥር ውል እንዲሻሻል ወይም እንዲለወጥ ከተደረገ በኋላ ሠራተኛው ከተሻሻለው ወይም ከተለወጠው የቅጥር ውል ጋር በተያያዘ ያለበትን ተጠያቂነት አስመልክቶ አስቀድሞ በገባበት የዋስትና ግዴታ መሰረት ተጠያቂ ነው ለማለት የማይቻል ስለመሆኑ፣ የፍ/ብ/ህ/ቁ. 1827(1)
