87190 civil procedure/ appeal procedure/ time for appeal
በፍ/ብሔር ሥነ ሥርዓት ህግ የተመለከተው 60 ቀን የይግባኝ ማቅረቢያ ግዜ ታሳቢ የሚያደርገው እና ተፈፃሚ የሚሆነው ተከራካሪ ወገኖች ባሉበት ውሣኔ መሰጠቱን ወይም ለውሣኔ የሚያበቃ ክርክር የተደረገ መሆኑን ተረድተው ቀርበው ለመከታተልና የዳኝነቱን ውጤት ለመስማትና ለማወቅ ያልፈለጉትን ወይም ደግሞ የተከራካሪዎችን የመደመጥ መብት ማክበር ይቻል ዘንድ በህጉ በተዘረጋው ሥርዓት መሠረት በአግባቡ ጥሪ ተደርጐላቸው በጥሪው መሠረት ክርክራቸውን በአግባቡ ለመምራት ባልቻሉ ወገኖች ላይ ስለመሆኑ፣
