የፍርድ ቤትን እገዛ በመጠየቅ ማስረጃ ማስቀረብ የሚቻለው ጠያቂው ተከራካሪ ወገን እንዲቀርብ የተጠየቀውን ማስረጃ ትክክለኛ ግልባጭ በቅርብ ግዜ ለማምጣት የማይችልበትን ወይም ለማስገልበጫ የሚያስፈልገውን ወጪ ለመክፈል የማይቻል መሆኑን እንዲሁም ማስረጃው ለክርክሩ ምን ያህል ጠቃሚነት እንዳለውና ትክክለኛ ፍርድን ለመስጠት የሚያስችል ስለመሆኑ በጽሁፉ ገልፆ ለማስረዳት የቻለ እንደሆነ ስለመሆኑ፣
