አንድ ፍርድ ቤት ክርክርን በሚሰማበት ወቅት የሚሰጠው ጊዜያዊ አገልግሎት ያለው ትዕዛዝ (Interlocutory order) ላይ በመነጠል ክርክር የሚካሄድበት ዋናው ጉዳይ ላይ ውሣኔ ከመስጠቱ በፊት ይግባኝ ሊቀርብበት የሚችለው የተሰጠው ትእዛዝ በባህሪው የሰውን መታሰር ወይም የንብረት ማስተላለፍን ወይም ስም ማዞርን ጉዳይ በተመለከተ እንደሆነ ስለመሆኑ፣ የፍ/ብ/ሥ/ሥ/ህ/ቁ. 320(3)(4)
