የመድን ሥራ የሚሰሩ የመድን ኩባንያዎች በመድን ፖሊሲ ውስጥ ፖሊሲውን ተጠያቂነትን አያስከትልም ወይም በፖሊሲው መሰረት የካሳ ክፍያ ጥያቄ መነሻ የሆነው ክስተት ከደረሰ በኃላ የተወሰነ ድርጊት ከተፈፀመ ወይም ሳይፈፅም ከቀረ ኃላፊነቱ ቀሪ ይሆናል የሚል የውል ሁኔታ ተፈፃሚነት የሌለው ስለመሆኑ አዋጅ ቁጥር 559/2000 በአንቀፅ 6 ንዑስ አንቀፅ 1
