ከአንድ የወንጀል ድርጊት በኃላ ተከታትሎ የተፈፀመ ድርጊት ፤አንድን ወንጀል ከግብ ለማድረስ ሲል ተከታትሎ የተደረገ ድርጊት ከቀድሞ አሳቡና ሊደርስበት ከቀደው ግብ ጋር የተያያዘ በዋናው ወንጀል የሚጠቃለል ነው ወይስ አይደለም የሚለው ነጥብ የሚጣራበት አግባብ፤ ዓ/ሕግ ባስከፈተው የይግባኝ መዝገብ ላይ መ/ሰጭ ሕግን መሰረት አድርጎ የሚቀርበው ክርክር ተቀባይት ሊያጣ የማይገባው ሰለመሆኑ፤ ወ/ሕ/ቁ 88(3)
