በፌዴራል ፍርድ ቤቶች አዋጅ ቁጥር 25/1988 አንቀጽ 11(1/ለ) እና 14(2)፤የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ቻርተር አዋጅ ቁጥር 361/1995 አንቀጽ 41(1/ረ)፤በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ደንብ ቁጥር 46/2004
/የፌ/ፍ/ቤቶችን አዋጅ እንደገና ለማሻሻል በወጣው አዋጅ ቁጥር 454/1997 መሰረት በፌ/ጠ/ፍ/ቤት ሰበር ሰሚ ችሎት ቀደም ሲል በሰ/መ/ቁጥር 90421 ተሰጥቶ የነበረው የህግ ትርጉም ውሳኔ ተለውጧል፡፡/
