ለክርክሩ መነሻ የሆነ ሽጉጥ (የጦር መሳሪያ) የንምራ ቁጥር አከራካሪ በሆነበት ወይም የመጀመሪያው ንምራ ቁጥር በሌላ ተተክቷል የሚል ክርክር በተነሳ ጊዜ በመሳሪያው ላይ ያለው ንምራ ቁጥር ኦሪጅናል ነው? ወይስ በሂደት የተተካ ቁጥር ነው? የሚለውን አግባብነት ባለው አካል ሞያዊ አስተያየት/expert opinion/ አጣርቶ መወሰን አስፈላጊ ስለመሆኑ፣

ለክርክሩ መነሻ የሆነ ሽጉጥ (የጦር መሳሪያ) የንምራ ቁጥር አከራካሪ በሆነበት ወይም የመጀመሪያው ንምራ ቁጥር በሌላ ተተክቷል የሚል ክርክር በተነሳ ጊዜ በመሳሪያው ላይ ያለው ንምራ ቁጥር ኦሪጅናል ነው? ወይስ በሂደት የተተካ ቁጥር ነው? የሚለውን አግባብነት ባለው አካል ሞያዊ አስተያየት/expert opinion/ አጣርቶ መወሰን አስፈላጊ ስለመሆኑ፣

ከአንድ በላይ ሰዎች በወንጀል ተሳታፊ በሚሆኑበት ጊዜ ለወንጀሉ ድርጊት ኃላፊ ናቸው የተባሉት ወንጀለኞች የእያንዳንዳቸውን ተሳትፎ ህጉ ባስቀመጠው የማስረጃ መለኪያ መሰረት መለየት ያለበት ስለመሆኑ-
