ጋብቻ ሳይኖር እንደ ባልና ሚስት መኖርን ማስረዳት የሚቻልበት አግባብና ይሄው ግንኙነት በህግ ጥበቃ ያለው ነው ለማለት የሚቻልበት ሁኔታ ጋብቻ ሳይኖር እንደ ባልና ሚስት አብሮ የመኖር ግንኙነት በንብረት ረገድ ውጤት ሊያስከትል የሚችለው ግንኙነቱ ሦስት ዓመት እና ከዚያ በላይ ለሆነ ጊዜ የፀና ከሆነና በዚሁ ጊዜም የተፈራ ንብረት ያለ እንደሆነ ስለመሆኑ
