አንድ ሰው በወንጀል ተከሶ በሌለበት የጥፋተኝነት ውሳኔ ከተሰጠ በኃላ ጥፋተኛ የተባለው ስው ቀርቦ በሌለበት የተሰጠውን ውሳኔ ለማስነሳት ሳይሆን በዋናው ጉዳይ ላይ በቀጥታ ይግባኝ ከጠየቀ በኃላ በሌለሁበት የተሰጠው ውሳኔ ይነሳልኝ ብሎ ቢያመለክት በፊት የጠየቀው ይግባኝ በህጉ ላይ የተቀመጠውን የ30 ቀን የጊዜ ገደብ የሚያቋርጥ ስለመሆኑ፣ የወ/መ/ስ/ስ/ህ/ቁ.198
