በፍርድ ሂደት ላይ ያለ ጉዳይን ተከራካሪ የሆኑ ወገኖች በክርክሩ ማናቸውም ደረጃ ላይ ጉዳያቸው በፍርድ ቤት ወይም ከፍርድ ቤት ውጪ በእርቅ እንዲያልቅ ለመጠየቅ የሚችሉ ስለመሆናቸው በፅሁፍ ተዘጋጅቶ የቀረበ የእርቅ ስምምነት ለፍ/ቤት በቀረበ ጊዜ ፍ/ቤቱ ስምምነቱ ለህግና ለሞራል ተቃራኒ አለመሆኑን አረጋግጦ በፍ/ቤት የተያዘውን ጉዳይ ማቋረጥ የሚገባው ስለመሆኑ
