ለተወሰነ ጊዜ የተቀጠረ ሠራተኛ የተወሰነው ጊዜ ከማብቃቱ በፊት የስራ ውሉ ያለ በቂ ምክንያት ከተቋረጠ ሠራተኛው የውሉ ጊዜ ወይም ስራው እንኪያልቅ ቢቆይ ያገኘው የነበረውን ደሞዝ የሚያህል ደሞዝ የሚከፈለው ስለመሆኑ አዋጅ ቁ. 42/85 አንቀፅ 43(4)(ለ)
