ባል እና ሚስቶች ሲጋቡ ለጎጆ መውጫ ተብሎ በቤተሰባቸው ፍቃድ የተሰጣቸው መሬት ሲገለገሉበት የቆዩ በሆነ ጊዜ ንብረቱ የጋራ ሀብት ሀኖ በፍቺ ጊዜ እኩል ሊካፈሉት የሚገባ ስለመሆኑ፣
