ተወካይ የጥቅም ግጭት ባለበት አኳኋዋን የፈጸመውን ተግባር ለማፍረስ ወካዬ ይኸው ድርጊት መፈጸሙን ካወቀበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ በሚታሰብ በሁለት ዓመት ጊዜ ውስጥ አቤቱታውን ማቅረብ ያለበት ስለመሆኑ፣
