አንድ ተከሳሽ የቀረበበትን ክስና ማስረጃ በመመርመር ተገቢውን ዝግጅት በማድረግ መልሱን አዘጋጅቶ እንዲያቀርብ የታዘዘው እና ቀጠሮ የተሰጠው ከ10 ቀን ባነሰ ጊዜ ውስጥ ከሆነ የተከሳሹን የመከላከልና የመከራከር የመሰማት መብቱን የሚነፍግ በመሆኑ በቂ ጊዜ ተሰጥቶት የመከላከያ መልሱን እና ክርክሩን እንዲያቀርብ መደረግ ያለበት ስለመሆኑ
